Time of Delivery
Most of the countries above may take about 7-15 days of delivery time to receive.
Only Canada and the US may take 7-25 days depends on the each state's situation.
Regardless the estimated delivery time, our delivery department will process and dispatch every single order as soon as we can.

Fast Process Time frame
Orders normally will take 2-5 working days to process and prepare to dispatch but we will try our best to dispatch as soon as we can.
Airmail shipping time will take about 6-15 working days depends on the destination's circumstance.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM (UTC+8) will begin processing on the following Monday. Peri Vali will contact you with a follow up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekend or holidays.
Secure Shipping Guarantee
We aim to provide a RISK-FREE shopping platform to our customer. Customer will have 30 days of Secure Shipping Guarantee from Peri-Vali since the first day of dispatch. From the first day of dispatch if you still have not receive your shipment in 30 days please don't hesitate to contact our customer service and we will help you to refund your order or resend it to you.
Customer has to double check the address you provided in check-out is correct. Peri Vali can not help customer to distinguish your address is correct or not. Please follow the instructions in check-out and provide your correct address.
P.O.Box address is not accepted by logistics company. Peri Vali can not help customer to distinguish your address is a P.O.Box address or not. Customer is responsible to ensure the address you provided is not a P.O. Box. Otherwise any shipment refused by P.O Box address incurred, customer is responsible for extra returning fee.

If you refuse a shipment from Peri Vali, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Peri Vali. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Easy Returning Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days, counted from the first day of delivery completed.
- Merchandise must not be used, altered, or damaged.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, damaged merchandise, used merchandise, or damaged original package, may result in a delayed refund to credits/exchange or may not qualify for a refund to credit/exchange.
- Before returning, please contact customer service by email.
- Merchandise qualified to refund: Peri-Vali will refund the payment amount to your account as credits (ref. to Anti Money Laundering Policy). Customers are allow to use the credit to re-purchase the same product or other products instead.
- Credits of Refund will be issued to customer's account after Peri-Vali Warehouse received and Back-to-Warehouse check.
Anti Money Laundering Policy
www.perivali.com, the company pays high attention to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. To prevent involving in criminal activities, Peri-Vali generally only refund customers by crediting to account. Customers are allow to use the credits to re-purchase or exchange to other products.
For receiving suspicious payments, Peri-Vali refuse to send back any suspicious payment to any account, including return to the original way. Suspicious payments will be frost and reported to relevant countries.
